How to understand your review dashboard

Learn how to track your coffee shop's reviews, ratings, and local search rankings all in one place.

Your review dashboard is where you monitor your business's online reputation across all platforms. It shows your ratings, review counts, and performance metrics so you can track progress toward your reputation goals and spot areas that need attention.

Prerequisites

You'll need a Praising.ai Pro account with at least one platform integration set up (Google, Yelp, Facebook, or Tripadvisor).

Reading your dashboard overview

  1. View your current rating status and overall performance

Navigate to Home in the left-hand navigation. At the top of the page you'll see your business name, address, and your current overall rating. Just below that, the Results since joining section gives you a quick summary of everything Praising.ai has tracked since your account was created.

  1. Review your Build Trust metrics

The Build Trust section shows how your reviews are building credibility. You'll see your Total Reviews count and Average Rating, each with a percentage change indicator. The chart beneath them plots both metrics month-by-month so you can spot trends at a glance.

SCROLL "main" then highlight "Total Reviews 7 0% Average Rating 4.7 0%"
  1. Check your Get Found visibility metrics

Scroll down to the Get Found section to see how visible your business is in local search. Average Maps Ranking and Average AI Ranking tell you where you stand on Google Maps and AI-powered search results, with a monthly trend chart below each figure.

SCROLL "main" then highlight "Average Maps Ranking 0.0 0% Average AI Ranking 0.0 0%"
  1. Monitor your Win Customers engagement metrics

The Win Customers section tracks whether your visibility is turning into real customer engagement. Last Month Impressions and Last Month Clicks show how many people saw and acted on your listing over the previous month.

  1. Review recent Agent Activity

Scroll to the Agent Activity feed at the bottom of the page. This log shows a timestamped record of every action your AI Agent has taken on your behalf, from sending review requests and recording link opens to capturing private feedback.

SCROLL "main" then highlight "Agent Activity"
  1. Explore deeper analytics in the Reputation section

For a full breakdown by platform, open the Reputation section in the left-hand navigation. From there you can access Dashboard, Analytics, AI Sentiment, Reviews, and more to dig into the detail behind the summary numbers on your Home page.

Tip: Keep an eye on the percentage change indicators next to each metric. Green values confirm your reputation is growing. If you see flat or declining numbers, the Analytics and AI Sentiment pages under Reputation can help you pinpoint what's driving the change.

Understanding the metrics

The Home page surfaces three goal-oriented pillars:

  • Build Trust — Total Reviews and Average Rating, showing how many reviews you've collected and how customers rate you overall.

  • Get Found — Average Maps Ranking and Average AI Ranking, measuring how prominently your business appears in local and AI-powered search.

  • Win Customers — Last Month Impressions and Last Month Clicks, tracking whether your search presence is translating into real customer actions.

The percentage change indicators next to each figure compare the current period to the previous one. Positive changes appear in green; flat or negative changes are a signal to investigate further in the Reputation or Visibility sections.

The Agent Activity feed adds context to these numbers by showing the individual actions, including review requests sent, links opened, opt-outs, and private feedback received, that add up to the totals you see in each pillar.
