Your review dashboard is where you monitor your business's online reputation across all platforms. It shows your ratings, review counts, and performance metrics, helping you track progress toward your reputation goals and spot areas that need improvement.
You'll need a Praising.ai Pro account with at least one platform integration set up (Google, Yelp, Facebook, or Tripadvisor).

View your current rating status and goals
The top section shows your overall performance and next milestone. You'll see exactly how many reviews you need to reach your target rating.
Review your aggregated statistics

Scroll down to see your key metrics: Average Rating (4.0), total Aggregated Reviews (2,026), and Private Feedback count. These numbers combine data from all your connected platforms.
Analyze platform-specific performance
The Platform Statistics section breaks down your performance by individual review sites. Each platform shows current review count, rating, and monthly changes.

Click this tab to see how you compare against local competitors and track your search ranking position.
Monitor Google Performance metrics
Switch to this tab to view detailed Google-specific analytics including search visibility and local ranking data.

Understand sentiment trends
The Sentiment Analysis tab reveals the emotional tone of your reviews over time. This helps you identify customer satisfaction patterns.
Tip: Pay special attention to the goal indicators next to each platform (like "273 5-star reviews to 4.5!" for Google). These show exactly how many positive reviews you need to reach the next rating milestone on each site.

Each platform card displays:
Current review count with monthly change indicator (+3, +1, -3, etc.)
Current average rating with monthly change
Goal progress showing reviews needed for the next rating tier
Platform-specific metrics (like Facebook's "Recommended" percentage)
The color-coded arrows and numbers help you quickly spot positive trends (green) and areas needing attention (red).
