Your Praising.ai dashboard gives you a complete overview of your business's online reputation across all review platforms. You'll see your current ratings, track progress toward your next goal, and monitor monthly changes in reviews and feedback. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to interpret every metric on your dashboard and use these insights to improve your online presence.
You need to have connected at least one review platform (Google, Facebook, Yelp, or Tripadvisor)
Your account should be fully set up with your business information
Click Home in the sidebar to access your main dashboard. You'll see four tabs at the top: Review Statistics, Ranking & Competitors, Google Performance, and Sentiment Analysis. The Review Statistics tab is selected by default and shows your most important metrics.
Look at the NEXT GOAL card with the trophy icon. This shows your target rating and exactly how many 5-star reviews you need to reach it. For example, you might see "Achieve 0.1 rating — You need 0 more 5-star reviews." This helps you set concrete targets for improving your online reputation.
Tip: Your goal automatically updates as you receive new reviews, so check back regularly to see your progress and adjust your review collection strategy.
Below your goal, you'll find three essential metric cards. Average Rating shows your overall star rating across all platforms. Aggregated Reviews displays your total review count. Private Feedback tracks internal feedback that doesn't appear publicly. Each card includes a green arrow showing monthly changes, helping you spot trends.
Scroll down to the Platform Statistics section. Here you'll see individual performance for Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Tripadvisor. Each platform shows its review count, current rating, and monthly growth. This breakdown helps you identify which platforms need more attention and where you're performing strongest.
Note: If you see "Connect Your Review Sites" at the bottom, you haven't linked all available platforms yet. Adding more platforms gives you a more complete picture of your online reputation.
