Your business profile in Praising.ai is the foundation for everything from review requests to AI-generated responses. Keeping your location details accurate means your customers see the right information, and Praising.ai's tools are working for the right place.

You need an active location set up (e.g., DemoCafe at Potomac Street Northwest, Washington, DC)

Navigate to https://app.praising.ai/#/settings/locations. You'll land on the Locations page under Business Settings in the left sidebar. This is where you manage all physical locations connected to your account.

In the main panel, your locations are listed with their status. DemoCafe appears as Active, along with its address: Potomac Street Northwest, Washington, DC, USA. Check that the status badge reads Active — only active locations send review requests and receive AI responses.
Tip: If you manage multiple locations, each one appears as its own card here. Always double-check you're editing the correct location before making changes.

Each location card has a set of action buttons on the right side. Click the edit button (pencil/settings icon) next to the DemoCafe listing. This opens the location's settings, where you can update details like the business name, address, and connected integrations.

Inside the location settings, you'll see four tabs across the top:
Integrations — Connect Google, Yelp, and other review platforms
Limits — Set caps on how many review requests are sent
History — View past activity for this location
Notifications — Control how and when you're alerted
For most profile updates, start by navigating these tabs to find the specific setting you want to change.

To add a second business location, click the New Location button near the top of the Locations page (next to the map icon). This starts the location setup flow, where you'll enter the new address and business name.

After editing your location details, save using the confirmation button in the edit panel. Your updated profile will appear immediately across your Praising.ai dashboard, campaigns, and AI response settings.
Tip: After updating your address, check your Integrations tab to make sure your Google Business Profile is still properly linked. An address change can sometimes require re-verification with Google.
