You need an active Praising.ai account with connected review platforms
Reviews must be imported from your connected platforms to generate responses
In the left sidebar, click AI Agent. This opens the AI-powered review response assistant that helps you create professional replies to customer feedback.
Currently, the AI Agent feature shows a Page Not Found message with a Back button. This indicates the feature is in development or has limited availability in the current version. The AI Agent functionality may be rolled out gradually to different account types.
Click the Back button to return to your previous page. While the AI Agent feature develops, you can still reply to reviews manually through the Reviews section, where each review has a Reply button for crafting responses.
Tip: While waiting for AI Agent access, create template responses for common review types in the Templates section to speed up your manual reply process.
