Your Praising.ai account settings give you control over team access, platform integrations, and account preferences. Managing these settings properly ensures your team can collaborate effectively while maintaining security and proper access levels. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to navigate your settings, configure team permissions, and manage your platform connections.
You need admin access to your Praising.ai account
Have your team members' email addresses ready if adding new users
Click Settings in the left sidebar. This opens your main settings area where you can configure various aspects of your account. The Settings section contains multiple sub-pages for different configuration options.
In the main settings area, you'll see options for customizing your review collection process. The Custom URL field allows you to create a personalized link for your review requests. You can also upload media files to customize your review pages and configure the Filter Page dropdown to control which reviews appear on your public-facing pages.
Tip: Use the Preview URL feature to test how your custom review link looks before sharing it with customers.
Navigate to the Integrations sub-page within Settings to connect or disconnect review platforms like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Tripadvisor. This is where you'll manage API connections and ensure your review data stays synchronized across all platforms. Each integration has its own configuration options and connection status.
Access the Team sub-page to add team members, assign roles, and manage permissions. You can invite new users by email and set their access levels based on their responsibilities. Different team roles have varying levels of access to features like review responses, campaign creation, and account settings.
After making your configuration changes, click Save to apply your settings. You can also use Clear to reset any unsaved changes if you need to start over. Your settings will take effect immediately once saved.
Note: Team members will receive email invitations when you add them, and they'll need to accept the invitation to access your account.
