Managing your review collection settings helps you create a better experience for your customers and capture feedback more effectively. The Settings page in Praising.ai gives you control over how your review links work, what content appears, and how ratings are processed.

Access your main review link configuration to customize how customers interact with your review collection process.
Review your current review link setup - This shows you the active configuration for your customer-facing review collection page.
Modify your custom URL identifier - In the Custom URL field, you can change the unique identifier that appears in your review link. This helps create a memorable or branded URL for your customers.

Upload custom media content - Click "Choose File" to add your own images or branding elements that will appear on your review collection page. This makes it more personal and aligned with your brand.

Control how customer feedback is processed and routed based on their ratings.
Configure smart filtering options - Toggle the "Disable Experience Filter" switch if you want to turn off Praising.ai's review filtering system. When enabled, this feature automatically categorizes reviews based on sentiment.

Set your rating threshold - Adjust the rating threshold slider to determine when customers go to positive versus negative experience pages. The current setting shows that 3 or more (hearts/stars) leads to the positive experience page.
Choose your rating display style - Select from different rating formats (Thumbs, Faces, Stars, Hearts) to match your brand preference and what feels most natural for your customers.

Tip: The rating threshold setting matters for your review management strategy. Setting it at 3 out of 5 means moderately satisfied customers still contribute to your positive reviews, while genuinely dissatisfied customers are routed to provide private feedback you can address directly.
Save your configuration changes - Once you've made your adjustments, click the "Save" button to apply your new settings. The button will only become active when you've made changes to the current configuration.

After configuring your review settings, test your review link with the preview URL to make sure the experience flows as expected. You might also want to explore the Widgets section to embed review displays on your website, or check the AI Agent settings to automate response management. Remember to share your customized review link with customers through your preferred channels - email signatures, receipts, or direct outreach campaigns.
