Review request campaigns let you send review invitations to multiple customers at once, making it efficient to gather feedback from your entire customer base. Unlike Quick Requests that target individual customers, campaigns help you reach dozens or hundreds of contacts in a single batch. By the end of this guide, you'll have created your first campaign and understand how to manage ongoing review collection efforts.

In your sidebar, click Requests to expand the menu, then select Send. This takes you to the main review request hub where you can manage both individual requests and batch campaigns.
On the Send page, you'll see two tabs at the top. Click the Campaigns tab to access the batch campaign features. This section shows your campaign history and provides tools for creating new multi-recipient campaigns.
Click the Send Now button in the top right corner. This opens the campaign builder where you'll configure your batch review request settings, select recipients, and choose your messaging template.
Tip: Start with a smaller test campaign of 10-20 customers to refine your messaging before sending to your entire contact list.
In the campaign builder, select your target contacts from your contact list. You can choose specific customers or filter by criteria like recent purchase date or customer segment. Choose whether to send via email, SMS, or both channels for maximum reach.
Choose from your existing review request templates or create a new one for this campaign. Preview how your message will appear to recipients, then confirm your settings and send the campaign. You'll see confirmation that your requests are being delivered to the selected contacts.
Note: Campaign delivery happens gradually over several minutes to avoid overwhelming your recipients and maintain good sender reputation.
