How to connect your review platforms

Connecting your review platforms to Praising.ai automatically syncs reviews from multiple sources into one dashboard. You can monitor your online reputation across all major review sites and respond to customer feedback without jumping between tabs.

Step 1: Access the integrations page

Navigate to Settings → Integrations using the left-hand navigation. Under the Location Settings section, click Integrations.

You'll see three tabs at the top of the page: Review Sites, Text Channels, and Social Media.

The Review Sites tab is selected by default and shows all available review platform integrations. Some platforms may already be connected, indicated by different button states, while others show Connect buttons.

Step 2: Review connected Google Business profiles

Before adding new platforms, check your existing Google Business Profile connections. Any connected Google listings appear at the top of the page with their business names and locations. For example, you might see an entry like Acme Coffee — Downtown already linked.

Each location appears as a separate entry, so you can manage reviews for multiple business locations independently.

Step 3: Choose a platform to connect

Scroll down to see the full list of available review platforms. Praising.ai supports Yelp, Booking, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, Trustpilot, Facebook, Zillow, BBB, Consumer Affairs, Glassdoor, Indeed, Expedia, Agoda, Angi, App Store, Capterra, Cars.com, Google Play, OpenTable, RateMDs, and more.

Each platform displays its logo and a Connect button.

Step 4: Connect your chosen platform

Click the Connect button next to the platform you want to integrate. An authentication window will open where you log into your account on that platform and authorize Praising.ai to access your review data.

Tip: Start by connecting your most important review platforms first, typically Google Business Profile (if not already connected) and any industry-specific platforms where you receive the most reviews.

Step 5: Explore text and social media integrations

Switch to the Text Channels tab to see SMS and messaging integrations, then check the Social Media tab for social platform connections.

These tabs let you manage customer communications beyond traditional review sites.

What's Next?

Once your platforms are connected, Praising.ai will start syncing your reviews automatically. Head to Reputation → Reviews in the left-hand navigation to see your consolidated review dashboard, set up automated response templates under Reputation → Templates, or configure review request campaigns under Reputation → Auto-Send to get more feedback from satisfied customers.

You can return to Settings → Integrations at any time to connect additional platforms or manage existing connections.
