Connecting your review platforms to Praising.ai allows you to automatically sync reviews from multiple sources into one centralized dashboard. This integration helps you monitor your online reputation across all major review sites and respond to customer feedback efficiently.
Navigate to the Integrations section in your Praising.ai dashboard. You'll see three main tabs for different types of connections: Review Sites, Text Channels, and Social Media.
The Review Sites tab is selected by default and shows all available review platform integrations. You'll notice some platforms may already be connected (indicated by different button states) while others show "Connect" buttons.
Before adding new platforms, check your existing Google Business Profile connections. You'll see any connected Google listings displayed at the top of the page with their business names and locations.
These Google Business Profile connections are the foundation of your review management setup. Each location appears as a separate entry, allowing you to manage reviews for multiple business locations independently.
Scroll down to see the full list of available review platforms. Praising.ai supports major platforms including Booking, Airbnb, Trustpilot, Zillow, BBB, Consumer Affairs, Glassdoor, Indeed, and many others.
Each platform displays its logo and a "Connect" button. The variety of platforms ensures you can integrate reviews from industry-specific sites relevant to your business type.
Click the "Connect" button for the platform you want to integrate. This will typically open an authentication process where you'll need to log into your account on that platform and authorize Praising.ai to access your review data.
Tip: Start by connecting your most important review platforms first—typically Google Business Profile (if not already connected) and any industry-specific platforms where you receive the most reviews.
Switch to the "Text Channels" tab to see options for SMS and messaging integrations, then check the "Social Media" tab for social platform connections.
These additional integration types help you manage customer communications across multiple touchpoints beyond traditional review sites.
Once your platforms are connected, Praising.ai will begin syncing your reviews automatically. Head to the Reviews section to see your consolidated review dashboard, set up automated response templates, or configure review request campaigns to encourage more positive feedback from satisfied customers.
You can return to this Integrations page anytime to connect additional platforms or manage your existing connections as your business grows across new review channels.
