How to share your best reviews on social media

Turn your best customer reviews into ready-to-copy social posts, written in your chosen tone — nothing is posted automatically.

A glowing review makes a great social post. Praising.ai's Social Agent drafts those posts for you: it writes a few options from your best reviews, in the tone you pick, and you copy the one you like into Facebook, Instagram or wherever you post. Nothing is posted for you.

Prerequisites

  • A paid Praising.ai plan (Core, Growth or Pro). The Social Agent isn't on Forever Free.

  • A few reviews on your account, so the agent has something to work from.

Steps

  1. Open the Social Agent

In the left-hand navigation, open Engagement and click Social Agent. It opens on the Feed tab, where your saved posts live.

  1. Go to the Setup tab

Click the Setup tab near the top of the page. This is where the agent drafts new posts.

  1. Describe the post, or leave it blank

Type what the post is about, like "Announce our new winter latte menu". Leave the box empty and the agent works from your real reviews instead.

  1. Pick a tone and how many options you want

Choose a tone (friendly, professional, playful or warm) and 2, 3 or 4 options, then click Generate. Not quite right? Regenerate gives you a fresh set.

The Setup tab: the description box (1), then the tone, the number of options and the Generate button (2)
  1. Edit, copy and save the ones you like

You can edit each option in place. Copy one to post it now, or save it to your feed for later.

  1. Post it yourself

Open Facebook, Instagram or any other channel and paste the post. Saved posts wait on the Feed tab, each with its own Copy button and a Draft or Posted badge.

Tip: Share review highlights alongside your other content rather than all at once. Once or twice a week keeps your feed interesting without it reading like an ad.

What about connecting Facebook or Instagram?

Under Settings → Integrations, the Social Media tab has buttons for Facebook and Instagram. Publishing directly to them isn't available in Praising yet, so those buttons can't connect an account today. For now, copy and paste is how posts get shared, and nothing goes out without you.
