Your Praising.ai dashboard is your command center for monitoring and managing your business's online reputation. It provides a comprehensive overview of your review performance, competitor insights, and actionable data to help improve your ratings across all major platforms.
Start with your Review Statistics overview

Your dashboard opens to the Review Statistics tab by default, giving you an immediate snapshot of your reputation health. Here you'll see your current average rating, total aggregated reviews, and private feedback count.
Check your next goal and progress
Look at the "NEXT GOAL" section at the top of your dashboard to understand what rating milestone you're working toward. This shows exactly how many 5-star reviews you need to reach your target.

Review platform-specific performance
Scroll down to examine your Platform Statistics, which break down your performance on Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Facebook. Each platform shows current review count, rating, and the number of 5-star reviews needed to reach the next rating milestone.
Explore competitor analysis

Click the "Ranking & Competitors" tab to see how you stack up against your competition. This view helps you understand your market position and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze Google-specific metrics

Switch to the "Google Performance" tab for detailed insights into your Google Business Profile performance, including search visibility and customer interaction metrics.
Understand customer sentiment
Navigate to the "Sentiment Analysis" tab to dive deeper into what customers are saying about your business. This analysis helps you identify common themes in positive and negative feedback.

Access additional features
Use the left sidebar to navigate to other key features. You can manage review requests, view shared content, customize widgets, update your website integration, and configure your profile settings.
Tip: Pay special attention to the monthly change indicators (like "+0 in Mar") next to each metric. These help you track whether your reputation management efforts are moving in the right direction month over month.
