How to navigate your Praising.ai dashboard

Your Praising.ai dashboard is your command center for monitoring and managing your business's online reputation. It gives you an overview of your review performance, visibility metrics, and actionable data to help improve your ratings across all major platforms.

Step-by-step guide

1. Start with your Home overview

After signing in, your dashboard opens to Home (/dashboard/home) by default, giving you an immediate snapshot of your reputation health. At the top you'll see your business name, address, and current average rating. Below that, the Results since joining section organises your key metrics into three outcome areas: Build Trust, Get Found, and Win Customers.

2. Check your Build Trust metrics

Under Build Trust, you'll find your Total Reviews count and Average Rating, each with a percentage change indicator showing momentum over time. A mini chart plots both metrics month by month so you can spot trends at a glance.

3. Review your Get Found performance

Scroll down to the Get Found section to see your Average Maps Ranking and Average AI Ranking. These figures tell you how visible your business is on Google Maps and AI-powered search. The accompanying chart shows how both rankings have moved month over month.

4. Examine your Win Customers data

Continue scrolling to Win Customers to review Last Month Impressions and Last Month Clicks. These metrics show how often customers are finding and acting on your listing, giving you a clear picture of whether your reputation efforts are translating into real customer interest.

5. Review recent Agent Activity

At the bottom of the Home page, the Agent Activity feed shows a real-time log of events your AI Agent has handled, such as review link opens, SMS opt-outs, review requests sent, and new private feedback received. Use this feed to confirm your outreach is reaching customers.

6. Navigate to deeper reputation tools

Use the left-hand navigation to explore features in more detail. Under Reputation you'll find sub-sections including Dashboard, Analytics, AI Sentiment, Reviews, Link, Employees, Leaderboard, Send, Templates, Contacts, Segments, Auto-Send, Opt-In, and SEO Agent. Under Visibility you'll find Maps Ranking, AI Ranking, Performance, Profile, Website, Widgets, and GEO Agent. Under Engagement you'll find Feed and Social Agent.

7. Access Settings and your AI Agent

Select Settings in the left-hand nav to manage Integrations, Limits, History, Notifications, Locations, Team, Automate, Developers, Billing, and Account. For hands-free reputation management, select AI Agent at the top of the left-hand nav to configure automated review responses and customer outreach.

Tip: Keep an eye on the percentage change indicators next to each metric on your Home page. They update automatically and are a quick way to tell whether your reputation management efforts are moving in the right direction month over month.
