Start with the Main page tab
The Main tab contains your primary opt-in page settings where customers will first land. This tab is selected by default when you access the opt-in feature.
Upload your business logo
Click "Choose File" next to the Logo section to upload your business logo. This helps customers recognize your brand and builds trust on the opt-in page.
Customize the main page content
Scroll down to view the main page customization options. Here you can modify the headline, description text, and call-to-action button that customers will see when they visit your opt-in page.
Configure the thank you page
Click on the "Other" tab to access additional settings including the thank you page that customers see after successfully opting in.
Customize thank you page messaging
In the Other tab, you can personalize the thank you message and any follow-up instructions customers receive after opting in. This is your opportunity to set expectations about when they might receive review requests.
Save your opt-in page
Once you've customized both the main and thank you pages, click "Save" to publish your changes. The save button will become active once you've made modifications to any fields.
