Campaign templates in Praising.ai streamline your review collection process by providing pre-built email campaigns you can customize and reuse. Instead of creating review requests from scratch each time, templates let you maintain consistent messaging while saving valuable time.

Click the "New Template" button to start building your campaign template. This opens the template creation interface where you'll define your campaign settings and messaging.
Select your template type and channel. Choose from options like "Post-Visit Review Request" and select "Email" as your delivery channel. The template type determines the pre-populated content and timing suggestions.

Configure your template settings including the campaign name, timing, and target audience. Set when the template should trigger (like 24 hours after a visit) and define any customer segmentation rules.

Edit the email subject line and body content to match your brand voice and specific goals. The template editor provides formatting options and merge fields to personalize messages with customer and business details.
Preview your template by clicking the "Preview" button to see how your email will appear to customers. This shows the actual formatting, merge field values, and overall layout.

Review your template library to see all created templates, their status (Active/Inactive), creation dates, and performance metrics. Each template shows its channel type and last modified date for easy organization.
Use the action buttons to edit, duplicate, or delete templates as needed. The three-dot menu on each template provides quick access to management options without leaving the main templates page.

Tip: Create multiple template variations for different customer segments or business locations. You can A/B test different subject lines and messaging to optimize your review collection rates.

Once your templates are created, you can activate them in your automated campaigns or use them for manual review requests. Consider setting up multiple templates for different scenarios - like post-purchase follow-ups, service completion requests, or seasonal campaigns. Monitor template performance through your campaign analytics to continuously improve your review collection strategy.
