Your review widgets are how your customers see your reviews on your website. Customizing their design ensures they match your brand and create the best impression for site visitors.
Navigate to the Widgets page to see your display options. You'll find three widget types available as tabs at the top of the page.
Start with the Carousel tab (selected by default) to see your reviews in a scrolling format. This works well for showcasing multiple reviews in a compact space.
Click the Grid tab to see how your reviews look in a structured grid format.
The Grid layout displays reviews in organized rows and columns, perfect for dedicated review sections on your website where you want to show multiple reviews at once.
Click the Pop-up tab to preview the pop-up widget option.
Pop-up widgets appear as overlay windows on your site, making them ideal for grabbing attention without taking up permanent page space.
Look for the settings icon (gear or similar) near the top-right of the widget preview area and click it to access design customization options.
This opens your design customization panel where you can adjust colors, fonts, layout spacing, and other visual elements to match your brand.
Once you're satisfied with your widget design, click the Embed Widget button to get your embed code.
This generates the HTML code you'll need to add the widget to your website. The code will reflect all the customization choices you've made.
Tip: Test your widget design on different devices before embedding it on your live site. Most customization panels include mobile preview options to ensure your reviews look great on all screen sizes.
