How to set up integrations with other platforms

Connect your account to third-party platforms like Yelp, TripAdvisor, booking sites, social media, and text channels.

Integrations connect your Praising.ai account to popular review platforms, automatically importing and managing reviews from multiple sources in one dashboard. This saves you time and means you won't miss customer feedback scattered across different sites.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Access the Integrations page

In the left-hand navigation, click Settings, then select Integrations from the Settings sub-menu. The Integrations page opens at /dashboard/settings/integrations. By default, you'll land on the Review Sites tab, which shows all available platform integrations, including both connected profiles and platforms available for connection.

CLICK "Integrations" then highlight "Integrations"

2. Connect to a new platform

On the Review Sites tab, choose a platform and click its Connect button. Options include Yelp, Booking, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, Trustpilot, Facebook, Zillow, BBB, Consumer Affairs, Glassdoor, Indeed, Expedia, Agoda, Angi, App Store, Capterra, Cars.com, Google Play, OpenTable, RateMDs, and more depending on your business type.

CLICK "Yelp Connect" then highlight "Yelp Connect"

3. Explore text messaging integrations

Click the Text Channels tab to view SMS and messaging platform integrations for communicating with customers and requesting reviews via text.

CLICK "Text Channels" then highlight "Text Channels"

4. Set up social media connections

Click the Social Media tab to connect your social media accounts. This lets you monitor mentions and reviews across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.

CLICK "Social Media" then highlight "Social Media"

5. Review your connected profiles

Return to the Review Sites tab to see your existing connected profiles. You might already see a Google Business profile listed, such as Acme Coffee — Downtown, with its name and management options displayed.

STAY "Review Sites" then highlight "Acme Coffee — Downtown"

Tip: Start with the platforms where you receive the most customer reviews. Google Business Profile and industry-specific platforms (like OpenTable for restaurants or Booking.com for hotels) typically provide the highest value integrations.

6. Manage existing connections

For platforms you've already connected, additional management options appear. An active Google connection, for example, shows a Remove Google connection button so you can edit or disconnect the integration whenever needed.

What's Next?

Once your integrations are set up, reviews will automatically sync to your Praising.ai dashboard. In the left-hand navigation, go to Reputation and select Reviews to see all your imported reviews in one place. You can also use Send under Reputation to ask satisfied customers to leave reviews on your newly connected platforms.

Adding multiple integrations gives you a fuller picture of your online reputation across all the places your customers leave feedback.
