Responding to customer reviews shows you value feedback and care about your customers' experiences. With Praising.ai, you can reply to reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Tripadvisor all from one central dashboard. Connect your review platforms through the Integrations settings
Have reviews visible in your dashboard (they may take a few minutes to sync after connecting platforms)
Click Reviews in the left sidebar. This opens your complete review feed, showing all reviews from your connected platforms in one place. You'll see each review with the reviewer's name, star rating, review text, date, and platform icon.
Look for reviews that show a Reply button. These are reviews that haven't received a response yet. You can use the Filters button at the top right to narrow down reviews by platform, rating, or date if you want to prioritize certain types of feedback.
Click the Reply button next to the review you want to respond to. This opens a text box where you can craft your response. Your reply will be posted directly to the original platform (Google, Facebook, Yelp, or Tripadvisor) where the review was left, maintaining the conversation in its original context.
Tip: Keep responses professional and personal. Thank the customer for their feedback, address specific points they mentioned, and invite them to return or contact you directly for any concerns.
After writing your response, click the submit button to post your reply. Once submitted, the review will show your response beneath it, and the Reply button will change to show options for editing or deleting your response if needed later.
Note: Your replies appear on the original review platform, so other potential customers will see your responses when browsing reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, or Tripadvisor.
