View your reviews list

Go to your Reviews page where all customer feedback appears chronologically. You'll see recent reviews that may need responses.
Select a review to respond to
Look through your reviews and click the "Reply" button under the review you want to address. Each review shows the customer name, date, star rating, and review text to help you write an appropriate response.

Compose your response
A reply window will open where you can type your response. Address the customer by name when possible and acknowledge their specific feedback. For negative reviews, apologize for their experience and offer solutions.
Submit your reply
Once you've written your response, click the submit button to post your reply. Your response will be visible to other potential customers, so make sure it reflects your brand's professional tone and commitment to customer service.
