Review widgets let you display your customer reviews directly on your website, helping build trust with potential customers. You can choose from three different widget styles and customize them to match your brand. By the end of this article, you'll have a review widget embedded on your website that automatically displays your latest reviews.
You need at least a few reviews collected in your Praising.ai account
Access to edit your website's HTML code or a content management system
In your Praising.ai dashboard, click Widgets in the left sidebar. This opens the widget customization area where you can preview and configure your review display.
Select from three widget types using the tabs at the top: Carousel (scrolling reviews), Grid (reviews in rows), or Pop-Up (overlay that appears on your site). Each style shows a live preview with your actual reviews, including reviewer names, star ratings, and review text from all connected platforms.
Tip: The Carousel style works well in narrow spaces like sidebars, while Grid displays more reviews at once and works better in wider content areas.
Once you've chosen your preferred widget style, click the Embed Widget button in the top right corner. This generates the HTML code you'll need to add to your website. The code is automatically customized for your selected widget type and includes all your review data.
Copy the provided embed code and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the widget to appear. This could be on your homepage, about page, or any page where you want to showcase customer feedback. The widget will automatically update with new reviews as they come in.
Note: If you're using a website builder like WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix, look for an HTML or embed code block to paste the widget code into.
