On paid plans, Praising.ai's AI writes a first draft of your replies to customer reviews. Drafts follow the tone, length, language and instructions you set, and nothing is posted until you approve it. By the end of this article, you'll know the two ways to get a draft: Draft with AI on a single review, and the SEO Agent for every new review.
A paid Praising.ai plan (Core, Growth or Pro). Drafts use your plan's monthly AI allowance
Reviews in your inbox, imported from Google or Trustpilot or added by hand
The AI Agent at the top of the left-hand rail is a chat, on paid plans. Ask it about your reviews and ratings in plain English. It reads only your six newest reviews and can't save or post a reply, so draft your replies in Reviews or with the SEO Agent, as shown below.
Open Reputation → Reviews and click Reply under the review. In the box that opens, click Draft with AI. The draft appears in the box for you to edit, and Redraft writes a fresh one. When it reads right, click Save reply. With your Google listing connected through Google Login, a reply to a Google review posts straight to Google.
Open Reputation → SEO Agent, go to the Setup tab, choose your tone, length and language, switch on Enable SEO Agent and click Save. An owner or admin does this, and it needs a connected Google listing. Each new review then gets a draft that waits in the Feed tab and under Waiting for your OK on the Reviews page, where you click Approve, Edit or Discard. For reviews you already had, use Bulk Reply.
