Managing your reviews becomes easier when you can quickly find specific feedback or organize reviews by criteria. Praising.ai's filtering system helps you sort through customer reviews efficiently, whether you're looking for recent feedback, specific star ratings, or reviews that need responses.
Open the Filters panel

Click the "Filters" button in the top-right area of your Reviews page. This opens the filtering options that let you narrow down your review list based on various criteria.
Apply date range filters

Use the date picker to filter reviews from specific time periods. This is particularly useful for analyzing recent customer feedback or comparing reviews from different months or quarters.
Filter by star rating
Select specific star ratings to focus on either positive reviews (4-5 stars) that you might want to showcase, or lower-rated reviews (1-3 stars) that may require immediate attention or response.

Filter by response status
Choose between reviews that have already received responses and those that are still pending. This helps prioritize which reviews need your attention first and ensures no customer feedback goes unanswered.

Apply keyword search
Use the search functionality to find reviews containing specific words or phrases. This is valuable for identifying mentions of particular products, services, or common themes in your customer feedback.
Review filtered results

Scroll through your filtered review list to see only the reviews matching your criteria. Notice how the review count updates to reflect your active filters, making it easy to see exactly how many reviews meet your specifications.
Tip: Combine multiple filters for more precise results. For example, filter for 5-star reviews from the past month that haven't been responded to yet - these are perfect opportunities to thank customers and encourage them to share their positive experience.

Once you've found the reviews you're looking for, you can reply to individual reviews to engage with customers, or export your filtered results for reporting and analysis purposes. You can also set up automated responses for certain types of reviews to streamline your review management process.
