Managing reviews gets easier when you can find specific feedback quickly. Praising.ai's filtering tools let you cut through the noise, whether you're looking for recent feedback, a particular star rating, or reviews that still need a reply.
How to access and use review filters
Open the Filters panel
In the left-hand navigation, expand Reputation and click Reviews to go to /dashboard/reputation/reviews. Once on the Reviews page, click the Filters button near the top of the review list. This opens your filtering options, where you can narrow the list by date, rating, response status, or keyword.

Apply date range filters
Use the date picker to pull up reviews from a specific time period. This works well when you want to look at recent feedback or compare reviews across different months or quarters.

Filter by star rating
Select one or more star ratings to zero in on the reviews you care about. Filter for 4–5 stars to find your happiest customers, or 1–3 stars to find the ones that need a response.

Filter by response status
Choose between reviews that have already been replied to and those that haven't. You can also click the Not Replied tab at the top of the review list to jump straight to unanswered reviews, so nothing slips through.
Apply keyword search
Search for reviews that mention specific words or phrases. This is handy for spotting patterns, like repeated mentions of a particular product, service, or issue.

Review filtered results
Scroll through the filtered list to see only the reviews that match your criteria. The review count updates automatically, so you always know how many results your current filters are returning.

What's Next?
Once you've found what you're looking for, you can reply to individual reviews to engage with customers, or export your filtered results for reporting. You can also set up automated responses for certain review types to take some of the manual work off your plate.
